Boondi Raita a very commonly served condiment / comes with a accompliment in a thali. Its healthy, nutritious and delicious to have and often served chilled with rice recipes like Biryani and pulav.

Ingredients:
1 cup Boondi
Water
2 cups yogurt
Black salt
1/2 tsp cumin seed powder
Sugar (Optional)
1/4 tsp Red chilli Powder
Salt
Coriander leaves

Method:
- Soak the boondi in water and leave it aside for 5 mins
- In a bowl add the yogurt,2 cups yogurt, black salt,cumin seed powder, sugar, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and whisk everything well.
- Drain out all the water from the boondi and pour the boondi in the bowl
- Mix everything well and serve chilled.
