Born in bedrooms and backyards, The British Blues bring groove back with their indie folk five piece. In Sydney's folk scene, the group follow tradition with polished beautiful lyrics on top of ultra lush, near psychedelic drifts.

Matt Gollan, the creator behind their music, was always attuned to interesting chord progressions and inspired by the idea of 'simplicity' in music. Driven by twangy leads, psych pop synths, organs and mellow harmonies, they create an original Australian folk sound like no other. Matt's love for songwriting saw him create sweet nothing melodies and timeless music.
