Bushfires Edge Close to Australian Homes

Australian firefighters have battled back massive wildfires in bushland around Sydney. As the bushfire approached Tony Watson’s home, he, along with some neighbours, decided to stay and fight the fires. Watson said the fires have come close to his home, but with the help of the local rural fire service volunteers and the professional firefighters, his home was saved. Credit:Tony Watson.
