Sprouted Masala Rice

Recipe to prepare "Sprouted Masala Rice":

Ingredients:
1 tsp cooking/refined oil
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 small bulblet onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 tsp curd/yoghurt
50 gms sprouts
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 bowl cooked rice
1/2 capsicum, chopped

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in ginger and garlic; saute well.
Add onion, and saute until transparent.
Meanwhile, take a bowl, and add in garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and curd/yoghurt. Mix well.
Pour it in the pan, and stir quickly for a while to saute well.
Add sprouts, and stir well for a while.
Add tomato, and mix well.
Add little salt; stir and let tomato cook until soft.
Add cooked rice and capsicum; mix well.
Cover the pan, and let it cook on low flame for a minute.
Uncover; stir the rice once and put off the flame.
Sprouted Masala Rice is ready to serve.
