Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

I absolutely love sweet potato pie. When I was younger the only way I could have homemade sweet potato pie, was if my mother had bought it from one of the local soul food restaurants( which there are very few of in Seattle). I remember my mom buying a couple store bought sweet potato pies as well, but I honestly couldn't stand the store bought stuff. I remember the first "real deal" sweet potato pie I had, and It was at a family reunion down south. I couldn't believe the difference in taste. It was so darn good.
