Small plane crashes into Washington house, two injured
  • 11 years ago
Two men sustained non life-threatening injuries when their small aircraft crashed and hit a house. The two men were flying from Oregon to Washington for a conference. When they encountered bad weather, the pilot decided to change their flight plan from Seattle to Eatonville, which was closer. The bad weather persisted, causing the plane to miss the Eatonville landing strip. The Cessna 172 came down in a yard, then slid into a house. Both men suffered only minor injuries.
