Japanese police arrested a 35 year-old woman for pimping large female AV stars to local brothels. This woman works at a AV production company, and knows a lot of female AV stars.

She specifically selects heavy female actresses and introduces them to a brothel famed for its obese prostitutes. The brothel has 17 sex workers and they are all weigh in at over 198 pounds. The brothel enjoys top reputation among patrons, and clients reward it with repeat visits, reportedly.

Men are apparently willing to pay a dop-dollar for prostitutes who also act in adult films.
