Sarah Jones, ex-Bengals cheerleader, takes Nik Richie to court AGAIN

Ex-Bengals cheerleader and former high school teacher, Sarah Jones, is back in court to battle Nik Richie, founder of gossip site, The Dirty, for $11 million in damages. The case is in retrial in federal court in Kentucky this week after the first trial ended in January with a hung jury. Jones is accusing Richie of defamation after two anonymous posts published on The Dirty in 2009 claimed she had slept with several members of the Cincinnati Bengals football team and that she had chlamydia and gonorrhea. She said she was humiliated as a teacher, having to explain to students that it wasn't true. In 2012, however, Jones admitted to charges of sexual abuse after it surfaced that she had been having an affair with a then 17-year-old high school student, Cody York, while she was a teacher at the same school.
