Prosecutors to Use Accused Movie Theater Massacre Shooter Dating Profiles Against Him

Two dating profiles used by Aurora theater shooter James Holmes could be the prosecution’s key evidence against Holmes’ insanity plea. The prosecution states that Holmes was aware of the consequences of his actions by posting the profiles with the phrase, "will you come visit me in prison?". Holmes set up one of the profiles in April and another just 20 days before the shooting. He’s charged with 166 felony counts, including killing 12 people and injuring 70 others.
