The "Wrecking Ball" singer did a photoshoot with the video’s director Terry Richardson where she poses topless, with panty-less leggings, smoking and sticking an ice cream cone in her mouth. She also poses suggestively with an Arizona iced tea can. This isn’t the first time the singer has been controversial, her performance at the MTV VMAs is still creating backlash.
