"Gravity" flew off to a decent start. The film has garnered 1.4 million dollars at the North American box office from midnight screenings. The epic space drama - which stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney - is expected to lead the weekend with an estimated 40 million dollar debut.

Sinead O'Connor has continued her feud with Miley Cyrus, penning a third letter on her Facebook page calling Cyrus "ignorant" and demanding that she "publicly apologize" for her comments. The feud started on Thursday (October 03) when O'Connor posted a note expressing concern over Cyrus' new image, suggesting that Cyrus is allowing herself to be "pimped" by the music industry.
