What's on todays video? One of my FAVORITE quick workouts FOR that strong CORE (You can use a BOSU like I did OR you can use the floor and a pushup position.)
✳PLANK pushups (keep you pelvis TUCKED to avoid lower back issues)
✳Plank holds with a knee to elbow TWIST
✳Plank Jumps forward and back at tempo EVERYTHING is done in the PLANK position which is the ULTIMATE workout for your CORE!
