Tribute to Dead Girl’s Last Wish for a Pumpkin Spice Latte Spreads Around the World
  • 11 years ago
The family of an 18 year old Pennsylvania girl that died of an epileptic seizure has sparked a massive pay it forward movement around the world. Alyssa O’Neill had asked her mother for a pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks the day before she died and never got the chance to try it. Her parents went to Starbucks two days after her funeral anyway and bought lattes for 40 strangers, with the intials AJO on the cup. Those AJO cups started popping up everywhere - from Korea to Iceland in memory of the late girl.
