Handcuffed Woman Who Fell Out of Back of LAPD Squad Car Sues Police

A 27-year-old woman fell out of a cop car and sued the cops. Kim Nguyen was arrested for public intoxication after partying with friends. She says the door opened while the car was moving and she fell out while handcuffed. She is suing for unspecified damages and the LAPD has no comment.
