Fed Gives OK to States That Have Greenlighted Pot for Pleasure

The federal government will not intervene in states that have legalized marijuana for medical or recreational purposes. Washington State and Colorado both legalized marijuana and Attorney General Eric Holder says the Department of Justice will not get involved in most cases. The DOJ will step in in some cases involving illegal activity and drug deals.
