Jonathan Alpeyrie, a 34-year-old French-American photojournalist, has spent a decade covering wars and conflicts in battle zones from Afghanistan to Chechnya to Libya. But the hazards of frontline reporting caught up with him last April, when he was abducted by militants in Syria. Alpeyrie speaks to France 24 about life as a hostage.
