Apple iPhone 5S and 5C rumors released, phones next?

Apple is expected to hold a special event on Sept. 10 according to reports and likewise the Apple rumor mill has picked up into overdrive. The next product release is thought by many analysts to be the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C, which both should be running on iOS7.

Apple has recently seen its global market share shrink due to growing numbers of lower-cost Android devices out on the market. Apple and archrival Samsung are also still going at it strong too.

Analysts are curious to see what strategy Apple will adopt to tackle the mid-range of the smartphone market. In the past, Apple has targeted these customers by offering them old models for $100 to $200 less than a new iPhone. Many are speculating that one of the products released on the Sept. 10 will be a new lower-cost iPhone, which some are guessing will be called the iPhone 5C.

As can be expected, different articles have speculated what type of camera and processor improvements will be contained in the new iPhone 5S. There has also been talk that the new 5S may also come equipped with a fingerprint sensor, which has been expected ever since the company bought Authentec last year. According to KGI Securities' Ming-Chi Kuo, the 5S may get a convex sapphire home button as well. The reason for having a convex button is to allow for room for a fingerprint sensor. The 5S is also expected to include a dual LED that will increase the brightness and intensity of the flash.

The release we're really waiting for, according to our Foxconn spies, is the release of the iEye and the iArm.
