A Broward County, Florida psychiatric center caught on surveillance tape a police officer grabbing the arm of a 14 year old mentally ill girl. The girl smacks the officer, and the officer is seen punching the girl in the face in return. Two more officers then hold her down as chaos appears to break out. The teen was reportedly punched again and pepper sprayed while on the ground. An investigation into whether excessive force was used has been launched.
