Varun Dhawan To Romance Alia Bhatt In Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania

After making their promising debut in Student Of The Year, actors Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt, will be again seen together on the screen romancing with each other.
Karan Johar, who have produced and directed SOTY, is currently on a spree to produce films on interesting subjects and giving fruitful opportunity to debutant directors. Thus, now with an aim of encouraging new talent, the filmmaker has locked one more project.
Titled as 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania', the film will be directed by debutant Shashank Khaitan, and will star Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in lead. Karan Johar, who is quite excited to work with his students again, reveals that the film will be a fun, warm and a crazy love story.
The film is yet to go on floors and will be extensively shot in Punjab. The release date of the film is however finalized, and is presently slated to hit screens on June 27, 2014.
