Edwards on Remy and Newcastle’s hopes of signing Gomis

Sports reporter for the Daily Telegraph, Luke Edwards, discusses Newcastle United’s business over the summer.
He reveals that season-long loan signing Loic Remy is going to have to impress fans at St James’ Park after he snubbed the Magpies in January in favour of a move to QPR.
And Edwards looks at rumours about them targeting Aston Villa striker Darren Bent and Lyon’s Bafetimbi Gomis.
But he admits a deal for the French star is proving very complicated to conclude for the Toon.
