Man Keeps Driving While Woman Is Dangling From Moving Truck

In an incredibly disturbing DUI case, a man in Virginia has been arrested. The male was spotted driving with a woman hanging out of his truck, banging her head and shoulders on the pavement as the vehicle continued moving forward.

The male was spotted driving with a woman hanging out of his truck, banging her head and shoulders on the pavement as the vehicle continued moving forward.
A witness had seen the female’s upper body hanging down, continuously striking the ground. It appeared her lower body was confined inside the vehicle by a seat belt.
After numerous calls came in, a deputy responded and found the truck. Once the cop pulled it over, he discovered the 22-year-old female who was unconscious and had encountered lacerations and scratches.
She was taken to the hospital along with the driver named Jack Albert Dunstan Jr. who kept complaining about feeling ill, after the deputy asked him to take a sobriety test. 51-year-old Dunstan Jr. was later arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breath or blood test.
As for his injured passenger, Dunstan Jr. told police he heard the truck door open and shut while driving so he assumed she got out of the vehicle. He claimed to be unaware that she was hanging out of the vehicle.
