Clive Allen claims it’s the right time for Tottenham to cash in on Bale

Clive Allen joined Andy Goldstein and Micky Gray on talkSPORT on Wednesday afternoon to discuss Gareth Bale's future.
The Tottenham winger is being chased by Real Madrid, with the Spanish giants reportedly ready to pay a world record fee to take him to the Bernabeu, and Allen claims the club must cash in on Bale if they receive a huge offer.
"Gareth is one of the best in the world and he is at peak value. If they can make it work for them, then I think the time is right [to sell Bale]," the former Spurs striker said.
