Brian McDermott is determined to build Leeds into ‘something special’.
The former Reading manager took charge at Elland Road in April and is relishing the challenge of his first full season at the helm.
There has been upheaval at the club in recent days, with president Ken Bates sacked as president by owners, GFH. But McDermott insists he is focused solely on events on the pitch.
