European football expert Andy Brassell says Real Madrid are pushing 'very, very hard' to sign Gareth Bale but have earmaked Luis Suarez as an alternative big-name signing should they fail to land the Tottenham star.
Spurs are said to be demanding a world record fee for the Welshman and, while Brassell insists that it is unlikely to put the La Liga giants off, he reckons Real could turn their attention to Liverpool star Suarez, which could mean Arsenal missing out on their top target.
