James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo joined Alan Brazil on the Breakfast show to bring talkSPORT listeners the latest on Luis Suarez's future.
Pearce says Liverpool are refusing to give up hope of keeping Suarez at Anfield but will reluctantly sell the striker should they receive a huge bid from Arsenal.
"The Liverpool stance hasn't changed, they are desperate to keep hold of him. But the bottom line is, if they get a bid that matches their value and Suarez wants to go, they will have to sell," said Pearce.
