Graham Courtney, talkSPORT's man in the north east, says Papiss Cisse resolving his dispute with Newcastle over wearing the Wonga logo on his shirt is a big boost to the club.
But Courtney claims the Magpies are in desperate need of reinforcements, telling Alan Brazil: "It's a mess. They are the only club in the Premier League that haven't signed a first team player. They really are light. They need a couple more strikers up front, they really do."
