Ladyman: Man United will not sell Rooney to an English rival

Daily Mail journalist Ian Ladyman insists there is no chance Manchester United will sell striker Wayne Rooney to Chelsea this summer and he expects the striker to stay at Old Trafford.
"I think United's desire to keep Wayne Rooney is real," he said, speaking on the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast. "David Moyes wants to keep him, he has been quite bullish about it, and I don't think they will sell him to an English team.
"I'll stick my neck out and say I think Wayne Rooney will be at Manchester United at the start of the season."
