Amanda Bynes is under a 5150 psychiatric hold after she reportedly started a fire in someone's driveway in Thousand Oaks, California. TMZ reports that police found Bynes standing next to the fire, questioned her, and based on her answers decided to place her on a 5150 hold, which allows for involuntary hospitalization for mental analysis for up to 72 hours.
