Mokbel: Suarez is Wenger's top target and Arsenal will make £40m move this week

Daily Mail reporter Sami Mokbel says Arsene Wenger has made Luis Suarez his top transfer target this summer and Arsenal will launch a £40million move for the Liverpool striker this week.
But Mokbel believes Arsenal are likely to fail in their bid to sign Suarez and could go into the new season without any top-class signings.
Speaking on the Sports Breakfast, he said: "The one they want is Luis Suarez. Talks are ongoing, we are led to believe, with Liverpool.
