From those memories is where my passion for the Mexican gastronomy developed. Years went by and I found myself working at a restaurant in Can Cun, after filling all types of restaurant positions to help pay for my education. From Acapulco to California, I worked as a manager for various restaurants, and then decided to become independent and open the first of my two restaurants in Can Cun.
