Emma Roberts arrested; Monteith dead from heroin, alcohol

Emma Roberts was arrested after allegations of domestic violence, according to online tabloid TMZ, which reports that the actress was arrested by Canadian police on July 07 following an incident with her "American Horror" star boyfriend, Evan Peters. Roberts was arrested in a Montreal hotel room after police discovered Peters with a bloody nose and a bite mark. The 22-year old actress, and niece of Julia Roberts, was released after Peters chose not to press charges.
The body of actor Cory Monteith was reportedly cremated on Tuesday (July 16), following the announcement that he died from a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol. The "Glee" star was discovered in a Vancouver hotel room on July 13. No word yet on any plans for a memorial service.
