Muammar Gaddafi's Tripoli compound, the city within a city from which he ruled the country is to be turned into a public park. The sprawling complex
once housed a swimming pool, sports pitches, gardens as well as an underground bunker.
During the revolution which toppled Gaddafi the whole area was reduced to rubble.
