Myanmar vows to free all political prisoners - ميانمار تتعهد سراح جميع السجناء السياسيين

ووعد رئيس ميانمار على إطلاق سراح جميع السجناء السياسيين قبل نهاية هذا العام، وقال انه يعتقد ان وقف اطلاق النار فى انحاء البلاد ممكنا في الأسابيع المقبلة للمرة الأولى في ستة عقود. وكان ناشط احتج حديثه لمدة يومين مع رئيس الوزراء البريطاني ديفيد كاميرون، مع قضية مع سجل البلاد الآسيوية في مجال حقوق الإنسان. الجزيرة بارنابي فيليبس تقارير من لندن.

The president of Myanmar has promised to release all political prisoners by the end of this year and said he thought a nationwide ceasefire was possible in the coming weeks for the first time in six decades. Activist had protested his two-day talk with British Prime Minister David Cameron, taking issue with the Asian nation's human rights record. Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from London.
