'Glee' star Monteith found dead

Thirty-one-year-old 'Glee' star Cory Monteith was found dead in a hotel room in the Canadian city of Vancouver on Saturday.
Vancouver's acting police chief Doug Lepard said officers were called by the ambulance service.

"Police attended the room within minutes of the call and paramedics advised the man in the room was clearly deceased. Coroner's staff did attend the scene. The deceased has been identified as 31-year-old actor Cory Monteith, who achieved great fame on the popular TV series Glee."
In April a representative for Monteith said he'd gone to a rehabilitation facility for an unspecified substance addiction.
The exact cause of the actor's death was not immediately apparent but Lepard said there were no signs anyone else was involved.
