STEP 1
put the ball in front of your non dominant foot, then drag it inwards with your dominant foot and lift it (in direction to you non dominant foot).quickly put your dominant foot under the ball

STEP 2

hit the ball in opposite direction and to finalize hit it again inwards

this trick it's kind of difficult but with practice you can get it RIGHT.
At first you can practice by doing soft taps/hits to keep control of the ball
