His testicles and penis had gotten lodged inside a steel ring which was officially described as an “armour plating”. The man had reportedly placed his privates in the ring willingly, but the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.
Fire authorities used a buzz saw to slice through the ring. The lengthy rescue operation involved two battery changes for the saw and two rotating blades. Sparks flew everywhere during the removal process.
