Taxi cab spotted driving about with only three wheels

Neal Rodriguez took this remarkable video in March in the year 2000, but only uploaded it to YouTube on July 1 of this year. The footage was taken in Barranquilla, Colombia, and shows a taxi cab that is missing its rear right wheel. The taxi driver wasn’t about to let that stop him losing a fair, and is seen driving the cab around as if there were no problem at all. Credit: YouTube/nealrodriguez.
