Ugne Smile is the representative of new generation of pop-punk-rock from Kaunas, who has "fallen" into music in her early childhood, as it should be in case of effervescent talent. The school's choir and piano lessons were not enough for image of still very young pupil, thus she learnt to play the guitar on her own, chose the pseudonym Ugne Smile, and proved that she also had the gift to create music.
Among more than several tens of her own songs, Ugne has recorded four of her songs in the audio recording studio "Aštuonkojis" in 2012. Now she has united her forces with the best Lithuanian guitarist of 2007, participant in the TV-show of LNK channel "Music Academy", Mr. Jumbo, who is producing the further works of Ugne, which are already broadcasted on radio in many Lithuanian towns, as well as live on radio show "Wake up with Vytenis" of "Radiocentras" station and show "Radio Morning" of the station "Kauno fonas". In 2012 she became the member of the Lithuanian Neighboring Rights Association "Agata" and Music Copyright Association "NATA".
Besides, Ugne is making her own way and expanding her audience by participating in important events of nowadays "Days of Street Music", "Hanza Days", "Kaunas Days", "Europe. Napoleon I in Kaunas. Year 1812", "Eurobasket", "Student Autumn Regatta", "Song of Mermaids", "City of the Future", "International scientific conference in VMU Academy of Music", "Palanga -- Town of Christmas Lights 2011", fulfillment events of TV3 and SEB bank, etc.
Although this girl from Kaunas is only 16 years old, she has already received the award of the best performer -- vocalist in the festival-competition "Song of Mermaids 2012".
Also Ugne Smile participated with her own song "Call To Your Mum" in the National Lithuanian Eurovision 2013 contest.
