Al Qarra - Travelling to Africa is expensive, and travelling to Africa if you’re president of the United States is bound to cost a whole lot more. According to an article that appeared in the Washington Post last week, the price tag for the trip could cost an estimated $60-$100 million.
The US first family will be making back-to-back trips to three countries in Africa, between the 26th of June and the 3rd of July. According to the Post article, Obama will spend a night in Senegal’s capital, followed by 2 nights in Johannesburg, a night in Cape Town and finally one night in Dar es Salaam.
