Man Charged with DUI on Motorized Shopping Cart

A 63-year-old man from Fairbanks, Alaska was arrested and charged with a DUI for driving a motorized cart while allegedly drunk. Police say he took cookies and cake mix from a store, and was driving away in his cart when an employee stopped him. He allegedly had nearly 4-times the legal breath alcohol limit.
