Here i teach you the effective way of doing the dip, to target the triceps. This is a tried and true tested exercise for the triceps and arms. What most people don't know is that it is an effective chest builder as well. One of the reasos it works so well is because it uses body weight to strengthen the muscles. After you get more proficient, try using a belt and chain to strp some added weight and watch your arms grow strong!
