Gulzar Ahmed a self styled godman was arrested for raping and sexually abusing young girls under the pretext of purifying them. But now a controversial video clip has been released which shows alleged torture inflicted on him and the state is outraged at the alleged treatment meted out to Gulzar Ahmed.
