Gustavo Poyet has told talkSPORT that English football needed Jose Mourinho to return to Premier League.
The controversial manager spent three years at Stamford Bridge from 2004-07 winning back-to-back Premier League titles in 2005 and 2006.
But after spells at Inter Milan and Real Madrid following his sacking he will now rejoin the Blues, and Poyet is thrilled that the Portuguese boss will once again be prowling touchlines across England.
