Honeymooners return home to find their house painted like Mr. Blobby.
One British couple found out returning home from their honeymoon was almost as much fun as being away.
The newlyweds pulled into their driveway following a post-nuptial vacation to find the house painted in a shade of hot pink with white polka dots.
Steve and Hayley O'Rourke were naturally shocked but they instantly knew who the culprit was. None other than the groom’s brother, Russell O'Rourke.
Russell painted the residence to look like Mr. Blobby – a bulbous TV character from the 1990s. Apparently the prank was a brotherly payback for the brick wall Steve had constructed across Russell’s driveway six years earlier while he too was on honeymoon. Basically it was an act of revengeful brotherly love.
The new bride, Mrs. O’Rourke stated “..my husband has got such a backlog of work, it may well be sometime before the Blobby house goes.”
At least the O'Rourke’s ceremony went smoothly. Earlier this year, a 20-year-old man was charged with indecent exposure. The suspect was staying in a hotel room that overlooked a wedding in South Carolina.
Police were contacted after the mother of bride noticed a naked male watching the nuptials with his private parts pushed against the window
