A man allegedly breaks into a psychic's home over a failed love spell.

For many people, it's hard to completely let go off their past relationships. And this one ex-boyfriend took it a bit too far.

Jose Laparra who once managed a prestigious soccer team in Spain is now facing legal charges after he allegedly broke into a psychic 's residence.

The reason for the reported criminal act was simple – he wanted his money back for a failed love spell.

According to a Spanish news outlet, Laparra paid a shocking $212,000 to the fortune teller, hoping to win back an ex-girlfriend. Unfortunately the romance never rekindled following the witchcraft attempt.

Last year, another love-stricken ex was arrested. He took a different approach to being with his former lady love by creating a hiding area in her New Zealand home so he could keep tabs on her.

The bunker was a hidden cavity located under a flight of stairs. It was discovered only after the male jumped out of his concealed spot with a garden spade when he saw another man visiting his ex-girlfriend.
