Robbie Deans has told talkSPORT that Quade Cooper could still join Australia’s squad to take on the British and Irish Lions.
The Queensland Reds fly-half wasn’t included in Deans’ premlinary 25-man group as the two sides meet in June and July for three epic encounters which you can hear live and exclusively on talkSPORT.
But Deans has insisted he can earn himself a place in their final 31-man squad should he put in a good performance when his domestic side play the Lions on Saturday, June 8.
