A stomach-churning video has emerged of twin brothers competing in a chili pepper challenge involving five shots each, made up of 130 juiced chilis.

The two brothers challenged each other to drink five shots of Caroline Reaper juice. After the shots, the first one to drink milk loses.

They then start juicing the 130 chilis, adding a little water to it before pouring the mixture into shot glasses.

After the five shots they refrain from drinking milk to calm the pain until the first twin caves in after a minute of agony.

The Caroline Reaper has been coined the "hottest chili" by Guinness World Records.
