Carlton defender Sam Docerty, Blues, had a foot surgery after 2023 campaign, and small procedure is expected to limit veteran ball winner to new year. Old Giant missed Blues' campaign that finished all finals due to knee injury and will return to field at beginning of next season. Finally, Ruckman Alex Mirkov will be evaluated in the new year after the tall heart surgery in June. Mirkov will slowly remove the workloads in the coming months after resting and rehabilitation for a long time.
